In collaboration with ICAM, we are working to assess the socio-economics of dog population management (DPM) systems and identify opportunities for collaboration with NGOs working in this area. We completed a scoping review to assess the methods, indicators, and parameters used in previous socio-economic evaluations of DPM interventions. We are currently identifying relevant datasets to support socio-economic analyses of the costs, benefits, effectiveness, and broader societal impacts of different DPM approaches.
